About Me

I am a Professor in the School of Physics at Hangzhou Dianzi University. My research interests lie in the area of quantum metrology, quantum imaging, quantum + AI.

I received my B.Sc. in Physics from Zhejiang University in 2006. I received my Ph.D. in Physics from Zhejiang Institute of Modern Physics, Zhejiang University in 2011, advised by Professor Xiaoguang Wang. Before joining HDU, I was a postdoctoral researcher at National University of Singapore from 2011 to 2016, working with Professor Choo Hiap Oh at Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) and Mankei Tsang at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE).

I joined Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) in 2017 as a faculty member and initiated the quantum metrology laboratory at HDU. Before joining HDU, I had a very brief experience at a quantitative trading company.

Quantum Metrology

Exploring the fundamental limits of precision measurements imposed by quantum mechanics and developing quantum-enhanced measurement techniques.

Quantum Imaging

Creating models for quantum state tomography, super-resolution imaging, and quantum-enhanced imaging techniques.

Quantum+AI

Integrating quantum computing and artificial intelligence to develop novel algorithms and applications in quantum machine learning and quantum data analysis.
